MJM Formfix Ltd is a concrete formwork and steel reinforcement subcontractor operating along the M62 corridor, south to Derbyshire and north to County Durham and all areas of North Yorkshire. Our offices in Leeds are located close to the M1/M62 intersection providing ideal transport links to our main areas of work.
Originally established as M.J. McDonnell formwork in 1985, MJM has built up a reputation for being a reliable contractor, providing assistance to our clients with minimum fuss. The majority of our work is through repeat business from previously satisfied clients though we welcome 'one-off' contracts and new custom.
Priding ourselves on excellent customer care, whether the contract value is £1,000 or £100,000, we provide experienced and certified tradesmen who approach each job with a 'can do' attitude. Our client base is made up of national and local well-established building contractors and civil engineers.
We are extremely flexible and will provide a complete package or labour only service, it is your choice. We have in-house health and safety systems and pride ourselves on our exceptional record.

We operate as a sub-contractor to established main contractors, and also to domestic 'one off' architecturally challenging projects. We service manufacturers, the farming industry and anyone with a requirement for any kind of concrete construction. We have constructed slurry and sludge pits, push walls etc. for the farming industry, plinths and inspection pits for the engineering and manufacturing sector, either for the end user or a contractor.
